2009 General Board and Ministry Team Leadership

General Board

Stan Pruett- - - - - - - - - -Chair of the Board

Nancy Harbison- - - - - - - -Vice-Chair of the Board

Nancy Reppond- - - - - - - -Secretary of the Board

Kathy Kaufenberg- - - - - - Treasurer of the Board

Ken Gray- - - - - - - - - - - -Facility Coordinator

Our Pastor, Dan Webster is an ex-officio member of the General Board as

well as a member of all committees of the church.

Any member of the congregation should feel free to address any concerns

they may have regarding the church with any member of the General Board.

Ministry Teams

The Board chair appointed the following members as 2009 directors of

Ministry Teams. These directors constitute the Coordinating Council which

will meet quarterly with the General Board for the purpose of coordinating

the ministries of the church and enhancing communication between the

leadership and the congregation.

Praise and Celebration

Responsibilities: Worship, music, and choir

Responsibilities: Missions, community service, transportation, membership,

Spiritual Growth

Responsibilities: Sunday schools, small groups, youth groups, Bible Study,

Healing

Responsibilities: Visitors, prayer groups, bereavement activities

Hospitality

Responsibilities: Food for church activities, greeters

Stewardship

Responsibilities: Budget, counters, volunteers, and offering envelopes

Property

Responsibilities: Maintenance and repair of church property

Financial Secretary

Responsibilities: Works with Treasurer and Stewardship Committee, records

financial gifts, and prepares annual statement of giving
