Dear Tennessee Disciples,
Welcome to Regional Assembly 2020 "Making Room at the Table: Seeking Unity in our Diversity." It is happening this Friday and Saturday-October 9 & 10 starting at 6pm (CST). Here are some highlights:
Friday, October 9
6pm (CST), we will worship together. Rev. Traci Blackmon, Executive Minister of Justice & Witness Ministries of the United Church of Christ, and Senior Pastor of Christ The King United Church of Christ, Florissant, MO., will bring an "on time word." Worship Music by Tennessee Region's own Rev. Wesley King, Rev. Leah White and Minister Tim Woody. We will congratulate our Tennessee Region's Disciple of Merit award recipients and so much more.

Offering: Yes, we will have a time for offering. The Assembly offering will be designated to support the work of our Region, and to offset costs related to assembly. We welcome you to give before, during and after the weekend.
Saturday, October 10,
9am (CST) The Regional Business Meeting: We will elect new regional officers, vote on time and location of regional assembly 2022; the 2021-2022 Regional, Bethany Hills Budgets and hear the state of the Region address. Voting Delegates participate from the ZOOM Platform. A separate zoom passcode will be emailed this week. We invite you to enter the ZOOM room starting at 8 am (CST). The credentialing room will end at 9:15 am (CST) No one will be permitted to enter the meeting after 9:15am (CST)
